After a valid invitation key is entered, Phantom Z sets a strictly necessary session cookie so this browser can access the free prototype. It remains until you clear site data, your browser removes it, or access is reset by rotating the invitation key. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking. The invitation key itself is not stored in browser-readable storage.
Because the current MVP uses no non-essential cookies, it does not display a consent banner. If that changes, we will request any consent required before enabling the new use.
The product uses local browser storage so the guest experience can work without an account:
Conversation history
Keeps recent guest chats available on your device.
Saved answers
Keeps responses you choose to save.
Taste preferences
Keeps your chosen preferences in this browser so answers can reflect your taste.
Local browser storage is not automatically sent with every web request. Chat content and active taste preferences are transmitted only when needed to answer the message you submit.
Delete individual conversations or saved answers using the product controls. You can remove local history and end the browser's access session by clearing site data for Phantom Z in your browser settings. Removing local history from that browser cannot be undone by us.
If we later add accounts, analytics, or another feature that requires cookies or consent, we will update this notice and introduce the required controls before enabling that feature publicly.
