Privacy Policy

1. The current prototype

Phantom Z is currently a free, account-free luxury travel guidance service operated by Fayaz. It gives recommendations shaped by optional taste preferences. There is no public sign-in, subscription, account profile, or cross-device history in this prototype.

2. Information handled

• Request content: the prompts you submit, relevant recent context, and taste preferences you choose to include.
• Local product data: chat history, saved answers, and taste preferences stored in your browser on your device.
• Private access: your submitted invitation key is checked to grant access but is not returned to the browser or stored there in readable form.
• Security data: a necessary access session and limited request information used to prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and keep the service reliable.
• Messages to us: information you voluntarily send when contacting us or providing feedback.

3. Where your chats live

Your chat history, saved answers, and taste preferences are stored in this browser. They are not synced to an account or stored as a lasting history by Phantom Z. When you send a request, the relevant recent chat and current taste preferences are included so the answer can reflect them. Clearing this site's browser data removes the local copy.

4. AI processing

To produce guidance, your prompt, relevant recent context, and active taste preferences are sent securely to an AI inference service. This processing is necessary to respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, invitation keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, precise live locations, or other information you would not want processed by a service provider.

We do not use your requests to train our own models. Service providers process data under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

5. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the chat you request, secure the service, prevent abuse, respond to you, and comply with law. Depending on the context, the legal basis is performance of the service you request, our legitimate interest in operating a secure beta, consent where required, or a legal obligation.

6. Sharing and international processing

We share only what is necessary with service providers that support AI inference, hosting, networking, and security. Those providers may process data in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with advertising networks.

7. Retention

Browser-local data remains until you delete it or clear site data. The private-access session remains until you clear site data, your browser removes it, or access is reset. Failed-attempt and usage counters expire automatically after their short security windows. Infrastructure logs may be retained for a limited period for security and reliability. Contact and legal-request records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.

8. Your choices and rights

You can delete local conversations and saved answers in the product or clear this site's browser data. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal data we hold about you.

To make a privacy request, email abrar@phantomz.fr with the subject "Privacy Request". Because the MVP has no accounts and local chat history never reaches our durable storage, we may not possess a copy of your browser-local history.

9. Age and changes

The service is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek information from children. We may update this policy as the beta changes; the date above identifies the current version.
