1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Phantom Z, a service operated by Fayaz. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. By confirming your age on the access page, you represent that this is true.

3. Prototype service

The current product is a private, free prototype for luxury travel guidance. It has no public accounts, paid plans, or guaranteed availability. An invitation key grants temporary access, not ownership of an account or a promise of continued service. We may change, limit, pause, revoke, or discontinue access and features as we learn from testing.

4. AI-generated travel guidance

Phantom Z provides AI-generated travel guidance, not a booking service, travel agent, emergency service, or legal, medical, financial, immigration, or safety adviser. Answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Prices, opening hours, availability, entry rules, health requirements, safety conditions, and other travel details can change. Verify important information with official or primary sources before acting or spending money.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the decisions you make, and compliance with applicable law. Do not submit confidential information or personal data about another person unless you have a lawful reason to do so.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, private access, security controls, or safety protections, including through malicious prompt injection or forged conversation data.
  • Attempt to extract hidden instructions, credentials, access keys, confidential information, or non-public service data.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or commercially redistribute the service without written permission.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you already have in your prompts. You permit us and our service providers to process submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Phantom Z's branding, interface, and software remain the property of Fayaz or its licensors.

8. Access restrictions

Keep your invitation key confidential and do not publish or resell it. We may restrict or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or the law, including in response to key sharing, abuse, excessive automated use, or security risk.

9. No warranties

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available". No online service can be guaranteed completely secure or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fayaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the beta, reliance on an answer, or inability to access the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and future paid services

We may update these Terms when the product changes. Any future paid service will present its price and applicable purchase terms before you commit; using this free beta does not enroll you in a subscription.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in your place of residence.
